DOCTORPASS BY DOCTORTAG APP INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT: the DoctorPass App is neither a medical device nor a rescue device, all information and documents entered are the responsibility of the user and therefore have no medical and legal value, but are discretionary for the interlocutor who reads them.
The authorizations to read the data and view the Docs are the responsibility of the User, who has the right to enter, modify, delete part or all of the data AS and WHEN YOU WANT; the User is therefore SOLE responsible for the custody and relative use of the data / Doc, Card and App.

Form: Your QR code
Allows you to view the personal unique QR Code; is the code that allows you to find your health information with a QR Code reader.
The personal unique numeric code allows you to find the same information by entering it on the website www.doctorpass.it (home site / Enter your Personal Unique Code here).

Form: Emergency contacts
After entering the emergency contact numbers of relatives, and / or Company and / or Association and / or your doctor, etc.
- Allows you to access the buttons for quick dialing to the emergency numbers previously entered at the time of registration and compilation.
- Allows you to access the "Send position / SOS" button, in order to send your coordinates (google map) to the emergency numbers entered.

Module: Analysis and vaccines
Touch + to add the result or value of an analysis or vaccine, then select type: a scrolling menu allows you to choose the type, and finally enter the necessary data.

Form: Medical info and drugs (form accessible in writing with PIN)
Enter the data of your referring doctor and the requested information (blood group and availability for transfusions, biometric data, macro-pathologies, allergies, drugs in use, any insurance and much more) and then view them via the QR Code or the UNIQUE Code.

Module: Schedule of visits / exams
Touch + to add appointments for exams and visits and / or REMINDERS for taking Medicines. These will be synchronized with the calendar of your phone and will allow the reception of NOTIFICATIONS with a reminder / "alarm" function.

Module: Notifications
Display and archive for notifications and communications sent (if any) by the Association, Company or Entity connected with your DoctorPass account.

Module: Photo and document archive
Touch + to insert images / photos and / or documents / certificates (such as: Medical prescriptions, analyzes, Green Pass, Certificates, etc.).
The insertion can be done directly with the camera, from the gallery of your photos or from your pdf archive.

Module: QR Scan / Associate Card
Allows you to associate registration and data to a DoctorPass Card (by reading Qr
of the Card), or to view the data corresponding to the reading of the framed QR Code (link).

MENU (lateral three-line symbol):

Personal Data (form accessible in writing with PIN)
Allows you to register your data (which will not be displayed for privacy reasons), enter your PHOTO, associate a DoctorPass card (via the function key).

Activation code
Once received by a company, association or organization and inserted in the form, it allows the activation of additional functions and links. If the user activates the personalization code, no data and no personal information contained in DoctorPass will be transmitted to the provider of the code.

Explore Conventions & Services
This area displays the companies / associations that are connected to Doctorpass. The user can decide to associate one or more (up to 5) to take advantage of the information and benefits they offer.

Privacy and Terms of Use
Module dedicated to viewing and downloading the Privacy and Use conditions read, accepted and authorized by the User when opening the DoctorPass App and related account registration.
